This project was born to accompany women who, in the middle of everything, have kept putting themselves last.
I'm María — a mother, a woman, and an expat. I've lived what it means to start over in another country, to raise a child alone without a close support network, and to carry, day after day, an emotional load that's rarely named.
For a long time I felt invisible. Exhausted. Disconnected from myself. Motherhood, migration, and the lack of support brought me to a point of deep vulnerability: anxiety, deep tiredness, and the constant feeling of having to handle everything.
My healing process wasn't fast or linear. It was slow, human, and honest. I learned to stop, to listen to myself, to ask for help, and to return to the essentials. To reconnect with my body, with nature, with my emotions, and with the woman I was before the fear, the guilt, and the exhaustion.
Mum's Horizon was born from that place. Not from perfection or theory, but from the real experience of a woman who has been there and learned to accompany herself… and now wants to accompany other mothers walking similar paths.
I don't believe in quick fixes or pushing you to try harder. I believe in slow, human, sustainable processes.
My way of accompanying is based on deep respect for your emotional reality. We work together at your pace, without forcing, without correcting you, without trying to "fix" you.
I show up through: real listening, empathy, lived experience, and a warm, honest presence.
Here you don't have to be strong all the time. You can rest, feel, doubt, and rebuild yourself little by little. This is a space to come back to yourself, with calm, with support, and with meaning.
Designed for mothers who feel tired, alone, or overwhelmed, and who are looking for something more than quick fixes.
Judgment-free emotional support, where you can express yourself freely and feel heard.
Gentle support, with no demands or pressure to "get better" fast.
A safe, respectful community, where you don't have to constantly explain what you're feeling.
Practical and emotional tools to regulate anxiety, let go of guilt, and find calm again.
Spaces to reconnect with yourself, with your identity, beyond the role of the mother who can always handle everything.
